The Venice Commission of the Council of Europe organises a technical Seminar on Holding and Supervision of Elections, in Yerevan. This event is focused on NGOs which are – but not necessarily – accredited observers for the next parliamentary elections.

The dates are 25-26 April 2007. The conference room will be able to welcome around 100 persons, in the towncenter of Yerevan.
