By a mutual consent of the Penal Executive Department of Ministry of Justice of Armenia and Civil Society Institute (CSI) NGO in all pre-trial detention centers brochures “Rights of detainees in Armenia” and “Rights of Arrestees in Armenia”, published by CSI were distributed. These brochures comprehensibly present rights of detainees and arrestees. Brochures were distributed in all cells of pre-trial detention centers of Armenia. Currently brochures are distributing among relatives of persons deprived of their liberty in the rooms were parcels are accepted.

Mentioned brochures are very popular both among persons deprived of liberty and their relatives. Since the start of program about 5000 copies of brochures were distributed.
