On April 27 in Yerevan a seminar “Civil Service and Freedom of Information” was organized by “Team” Research Center with the assistance of the RA Civil Service Council. The seminar was conducted under a homonymous project, supported by Open Society Institute Assistance Foundation-Armenia. The representatives of state sector, media and NGOs discussed the problem of relation between the state administration and freedom of information, as well as the instilment of European standards of freedom of expression and information in Armenia.
