On February 22, 2019, during the workshop with the Director of “Civil Society Institute” NGO Artak Kirakosyan, the probation service staff discussed the changes made to the risk and needs assessment tool in the pilot phase developed for beneficiaries.

A. Kirakosyan introduced to the Probation Service staff the application of the revised tool, after which the employees tested it by considering a beneficiary's personal case.

The revised tool will give an opportunity to make the socialization process more targeted by identify the risks and needs of the beneficiary.
