10:30 Polling station 16/17, slight tension, groups of people
In the school after Chekhov the cabins were fixed however not in presence of observers. Observers made a comment on this and recorded in the protocol.

Car 2

10:40 From polling station 9/01 it was informed that journalist of "4 Ishkhanutyun "was beaten.
Someone at the polling station at the Writers' House said he is proxy , however it was not true and he was forced to leave the place

Car 3

10:42 polling station 4/22 one of the committee members showed disrespect to the observer. Later the problem was settled.

Car 4

10:50 At the polling stations 4/1, 4/2, 4/3, 4/4, 4/5 the situation was normal. No violation was recorded.

Car 5

10:50 11/3, 11/4, 11/74 polling stations

11/3 There are lists attached to the walls contain no stamp.
11/74 There are groups of people near the school, head of committee was notified, he tried to justify saying that one list is continuation of the previous.

10:50 Visited polling stations 8/29, 8/30, 8/31, 8/33, 12/10, 12/11

At the stations 8/30, 8/31; 12/10, 12/11 people are brought by mini buses, money are distributed. Journalist has recorded the case as well.

11:00 Polling stations 1/25, 2/01, 2/02, 2/03, 2/04, 2/06, 3/31, 3/32, 3/33

2/04 Proxy of the Prosperous Armenia Party was trying to clarify who are in the ambulance car, who are the observers, do they have affiliation to the Prosperous Armenia or not. Lawyer has explained that it is violation of the right.

There were people with lists, staff of the car approached and asked what kind of lists are there, people panicked and left the area.

There are groups of people near the polling stations. While journalist was trying to video record, they objected.

Car 8

11:20 People are brought to the polling station 1/27 by mini buses, one of them presented himself as member of the Republican party

At the polling stations 1/33, 1/27 a person was agitating for Armenian National Congress: The person did not allow the lawyers to approach.

Car 9

Team visited 4 polling stations around 11:25 AM. No violation was recorded.

11:28 At the polling station 12 no violation was recorded։

11։30 The car has visited 5 polling stations
A citizen has called the member of the election committee that they brought 5 people, and 5 more people will be brought.

At the 172 kindergarten a policeman was stating, but they told him that he was not allowed to stay there, so he left.

11։35 has visited 7 polling stations, no violation was recorded

Car 14
11։36 has visited 8 polling stations. There were gatherings of people, the lists were not posted on visible places, and people without badges were going in and out of the polling station. The staff of the car has made remarks, the badges were put on and the number of people was decreased.

At 1/10, 1/7 polling stations there were more than 15 voters
At 1/9 polling station the Committee members were checking only the address mentioned in the passport, and not the photos. The Observer made a remark about this fact.
People were brought to the polling stations by Z taxi and Larisa taxi, the proxies said that they recognized these people, and they would follow-up the future developments.

12։10 the car visited 13 polling stations the main problem was connected to the allocation of the cabins.

Car 17
12։15 people were brought to one of the polling stations by the mini-bus. But no observer, and proxy is complaining. The journalist has informed about it to Panorama (as she is from panorama)

Car 18
12։18 visited about 8 polling stations. There was 1 person in the list who was not in the city, later the car will go to that polling station again to see whether they have signed at that name, or not. One person was not in the list, the lawyer told him to apply to the court.

Car 19
12։22 visited 16 polling stations, at 7/12 the proxy of the Armeian National Congress said that ballots stuffing was done, but then said that he disn't want to speak.
Proxy of 'dashnaktsutyun' party that he has seen that 1 person voted several times.
At 7/18 polling station proxy of Armenian National Congress was threatened /there was a call that he was kidnapped/ . But arman Gharibyan was present also at 7/12, 7/13. They said that everything is OK, the only problem is that too many people is gathered at the polling stations.
