On March 25 (Sunday) 2012 the day of Freedom of Speech
will be celebrated in Gyumri. The “Asparez” club of journalists organized a ceremony
which will take place on March 25 at 2-4 pm in “Hoktember Cinema” foyer of
Gyumri in Vardanants (central) square, Gyumri.

At the ceremony awards will be given to journalists, mass-media, citizens who stood out for
their work as well as to people who made efforts for protection of freedom of
speech and its implementation in a best way.

In Gyumri the day of Freedom of speech is traditionally celebrated
on March 25, the day when years ago it became possible to protect the local Gala
TV station from broadcasting deprivation threat due to public support and
contribution.
