May 12 will mark the 4th anniversary of Levon Gulyan's tragic death in the Police Headquarters.

On May 11 the press conference of the "Civil Society Institute" NGO's  president Arman Danielyan and Levon Gulyan's legal successors Hrayr Ghukasyan will take place.

During the press conference the video address of the International Federation of Human Rights (FIDH) president Souhayr Belhassen will be presented.
