Towards Armenian presidential elections “Civil Society Institute” (CSI) NGO, in cooperation with American Bar Association (ABA ROLI), will conduct “Elections 2013” legal initiative, which aims to protect election rights of citizens through providing free legal assistance.

In the scope of the initiative there is operating a hot line 080-080-804, through which free legal consultancy is provided with regard to any issue concerning the elections.

On the day of elections, February 18, following the alarms received through the hot line 30 “Legal Ambulance” cars of (including a journalist, an observer and a lawyer) will be sent to the place of incidence to provide necessary legal consultancy and elucidate possible violations.
In addition, “Elections 2013” legal initiative is politically neutral and is ready to equally assist any person involved in the election process, whose rights are violated.

This legal initiative is conducted during all national elections, since Parliamentary elections in 2007.
“Elections 2013” legal initiative is supported by U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and Norwegian Helsinki committee.
