"You didn't solve your problems then and now cause us a lot of trouble," this is how Nelly Khostikyan, the head of experts commission established for the case of Tigran Ohanjanyan, answered to T.Ohanjanyan's mother - Gohar Sargsyan, when the latter wanted to know how the work of the commission proceeded. 

Serviceman Tigran Ohanjanyan died in 2007 in one of Vardenis region military units. According to the initial official conclusion, he died because of electrocution; however, it was refuted by the second forensic expertise, and the Court of Appeal sent the case back for a new preliminary investigation.

By the Health Minister's order of October 10, 2010, a 10-member commission was formed to examine the proof and reveal the real reason of death. Tigran's parents state that until now the commission had held only 2 sessions.   

Last time Tigran Ohanjanyan's parents met the investigator and the commission head at the end of December. They were told that the conclusion would probably be ready after the holidays.

Tigran's parents also reported about crime to the special investigation service, informing the authorities that the previous investigator of the case had falsified the proof; however, their report was declared baseless. Gohar Sargsyan says that there are certain real evidence that the court did not recognize and that is why the case was sent back for a new preliminary investigation. "Someone has to be brought to account, right? No one was. I don't understand what trap they have prepared for us."  

Ohanjanyan's parents have several times complained that investigator Levon Petrosyan is taking no measures to reveal real circumstances of their son's death. None of their appeals is satisfied, important witnesses are not questioned, the real site of the incident is not located until today.

"Why don't you challenge the investigator in that case?" www.hra.am asked. Gohar Sargsyan said that after rejecting the previous investigator, it took the new one very long time to get acquainted with the case. She is afraid that they could lose a lot of time but she does not exclude that they could challenge Levon Petrosyan if everything proceeded in the same way.
