Civil Society Institute NGO is implementing "Legal initiative 2009 - Municipal Elections" project which is aimed to assist the proper implementation of voting rights as well as to prevent possible violations during pre and post electoral period and the voting day.

Within the framework of the initiative free hotline 080-080-804 is operated to provide free legal aid

20 "Ambulance cars" will be formed to work on the day of elections. The staff of the cars will be comprised of lawyers, proxy, activist, and journalist who will work on volunteer basis. Operation of the Ambulance cars will be coordinated by hotline staff according to requests received by hotline calls.
