A call was received from the
Tsovagyugh community of Gegharkunik marz reporting that last night some people
went to the houses of proxies and compelled them to disclaim from being a
proxy. The visitors were the Mayor of the Tsovagyugh community and his cousin
Hakob Hakobyan, who is a RPA (Republican Party of Armenia) candidate.

There are gatherings of voters in
the 23/07 constituency of Sevan and there is nothing that the president of the
commission can do.

According
to another call there is a police officer in the polling station and the
president of the commission does not undertake any steps.

The ANC
(Armenian National Congress) reports that the stamp that’s put in the passport
(which proves participation to the elections) disappeared in 15 minutes.
