Voters were brought by public transport

Two cases of vanishing
of the stamp that is put on the last page of the passport is registered in
polling station N9 of Kentron community, Lawyer Amalya Avagyan, who voted in
the same polling station, states that the stamp mark put in her passport immediately
disappeared, though according to law the stamp must be maintained for 12 hours
and disappear afterwards.

“I said that it is
invisible, so they put another stamp, but it has almost vanished”, says Ms.
Avagyan.

Galust Sargsyan, the
chairman of Kentron community 9/3 polling station said that they do not know
anything about such cases and advised to appeal to the Central Electoral
Commission.

Chairman of the Central
Electoral Commission Tigran Mukuchyan commented that it this can happen,
because the ink of the stamp is new, and it should be shaken before putting a
stamp.

As a reminder, according
to the 5 point of Article 66 of RA Electoral Code, a special substance, which
is maintained for at least 12 hours and disappears afterwards, is allocated to
the precinct electoral commissions for the stamp of the identification
document.

Moreover, almost 10
people were brought by a public transport to vote in the same polling station.
