Chairman of 9/34 polling station Manushak Voskanyan says that she has been in
the polling station from 6:30am, opened the polling station at 8 am, and the
first voter voted at 8:02am.

“1960 voters will vote in the polling station. I thing that everything is
normal, everything will be good”, says the chairman of the commission.

Margo Arakelyan, the proxy of the Prosperous Armenia political party in the
9/32 polling station says that although everything goes in a normal way, she is
concerned that the big stamp was used previously (according to the Electoral
Code all the stamps used in the elections have to be brand new).

“The
stamp was inky, but the chairman of the commission assured that it is normal.
Everything else is good, I haven’t noticed anything, so I suppose that everything
goes in a normal way”, says Arakelyan.

Nevertheless,
in the 9/33 polling station (1313 voters, another 3 people will vote according
to the place of residence) the proxy of the Armenian National Congress Grizelda
Ghazaryan complains that there is no proxy from “Heritage” party in the polling
station.

Earlier the Heritage political party has many times explained that they lost
the places because of a technical mistake and the place of their proxy was
passed to the representative of the Republican Party.

Nshan
Papazyan, the commission chairman of the polling station explains the situation
by the fact that there were “no representatives from other opposition parties”.
