The reporter of www.hra.am reports from Kapan that the campaign materials- the pre-electoral billboards of Vahe Hakobyan, the majoritarian candidate of RPA and one billboard of Armenian Revolutionary Federation- have not been removed from the city.

There are 35.159 voters in 21 polling stations of Kapan.
38/5 polling station is located in the Special Educational Complex N3, with a voter list of 1493 people. This is the largest polling station of Kapan where servicemen must vote too. But the polling station is very small and there are queues and gatherings in at around the polling station.
