On April 7 contractual serviceman of the Goris
military unit Hayk Ghazaryan died in the Hospital of Sisian. Senior officer of public
relations of the Ministry of Defense Mery Sargsyan informed www.hra.am about this.

According
to preliminary information the boy died of impetuous meningitis.  The final conclusion will be given by the
forensic examination.

A criminal case was instituted
under Article 376 of the RA Criminal Code, which is a negligent service that negligently caused grave
consequences. It is punished with imprisonment for 3-6 years.

Ghazaryan was called up for military service from the
Vagharshapat military commissariat. No other information is known on the
incident.
