On 18^th of February an article about the cooperation of children with mental problems and a policeman, who taught them drawing, written by Karine Ionesyan, a journalist from www.hra.am website (Human Rights in Armenia), was recognized as one of the 3 best articles by "Promotion of Rights of Children and Teenagers with Mental Problems in Armenia" program supported by French-Armenian Development Foundation and EU.  Karine Ionesyan was presented with a certificate and a digital recorder for the Article.
