"With great feeling of grief we have witnessed another tragic murder of our Armenian soldier in the eastern parts of our defensive positions, which appears to happen just on the eve of the presidents' meeting. It seems Azerbaijan adopted as an expression manner to conduct diversions on the line of contact before or after every high-level meetings violating the ceasefire regime," NA Deputy, Republican member Artak Zaqaryan told Panorama.am speaking about the murder of an Armenian soldier by Azeri sniper shooter on October 26 (eve of presidents' meeting).

According to him Azerbaijan might not adopted such an aggressive, intolerant, provocating and military style, if the co-chairs have put certain demands towards Azerbaijan highly recommending to keep the ceasefire regime.

"Azerbaijan is intended to provoke similar working style from the Armenian party, focusing reinforced anti-Armenian campaign. The international community, the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs should take this fact into consideration and take tough measures," NA Deputy said.

A. Zaqaryan expressed his condolences to Harut Grigoryan's relatives who died implementing his duties towards the country.
"The glory and names of our compatriot friends who die in the fight for independence and free life of our country will be worshiped in the pages of modern history of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh."
