The Nervous SIS Inspector

Today the court of first instance of Kentron and Norq Marash communities, presided by  judge Gayane Karakhanyan, will continue the resumed trial on the case of Levon Goulyan, who, on May 12, 2007, died in the Police office building under unrevealed circumstances. During the last trial on October 23 the court called for examination an inspector of special important cases, Gabriel Petrosyan, who, according to the decision of the court, was to give the necessary explanations connected to the case. As far as it is known, this is the very inspector, who had come to the conclusion that Goulyan's death was a result of an accident. A lot of questions are still left unanswered during the investigation. But the inspector from Special Investigation Service didn't tell the court anything new, instead, he was rather aggressive with those who doubted the results of his "impartial investigation", particularly with the lawyers. During the trial lawyer Hrayr Ghoukasyan warned the SIS inspector to talk respectfully and not to trespass the correct limits, but the obviously nervous inspector was not able to change his tone. The interrogation was not finished during the last trial. It will continue today.
