The NKR Constitutional Referendum took place. On December 10, at 07:30 p.m., 83.71% of the population had already voted. The polling stations were closed at 08:00 p.m.

According to preliminary information, 78 389 citizens have participated in the referendum, of the overall number of 90 077, which is 87.02 percent of the population.

77 279 citizens have voted for the referendum which is 98.58%. 549 citizens, or 0.7%, have voted against it.
