On December 1, 2005 in the “Abovyan” criminal-executive institution (where convicted and arrested women and juveniles are kept) took place a concert of “Linos” string quartet. The concert was organized by Civil Society Institute within the framework of the campaign on signing and ratification of the Optional protocol to UN Convention against torture.
