violations of the right of property in connection with the compulsory sale of
the citizens’ property for state needs is located in the “Reports” section of

The Ombudsman expects to get the offers and remarks of all the concerned

The Ombudsman is preparing two other special reports about the activity of the
Real Estate Cadastre and the Court Compulsory Action Service from the point of
view of protection of human rights.
