RA Human Rights Defender adopted more than 1800 petitions and complaints 1345 of which were received in written form. There are about 710 complaints from marzes, 501 of which are written complaints. 555 complaints were adopted for administration and 506 were turned down, rights, freedoms and defense options were represented to 136 competitors, 95 complaints were delivered to corresponding institutions.

These complaints contain 12 collective applications from 1420 citizens, 1200 of which had previously applied to «Armentel» company in connection with the breach of their working rights because of prolonging «Armentel» licence. 85 complaints were positively resolved, thus 24% of complaints were satisfied. Most of the complaints were received from institutions of local governing - 310, courts -205, ministry of social security - 180.
