CRRC-Armenia is pleased to inform that The Civil Society Development Foundation (Romania) has launched program, named:

Black Sea NGO Fellowship Program 2011: Policy and Advocacy.

The program is directed towards NGO professionals from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia, and Ukraine. The fellows will have the possibility to undergo an exchange and study program in Romania in May, 2011.
