On April 29 a Human Rights lecture (of an introductory nature) will be conducted within the OSIAF External Education Program. The lecture will be delivered by a visiting professor from the University of Essex, Dr. Andrew Fagan on April 29, 14:30-15:30 pm at Yerevan State University, Palian Hall. The lecture is open to every interested individual.
