"Human Rights Network", "Penal Reform International (PRI)"and "Partnership for Open Society" Initiative, representing more than sixty civil society organizations, organizes discussion on Report to the Armenian Government on the visit to Armenia carried out by the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT) from 10 to 21 May 2010.

Mr. Karen Andreasyan, RA Human Rights Defender and Avetik Ishkhanyan, Armenian Helsinki Committee Director, will have the floor with corresponding presentations.
