There was a stream of a large number of soldiers in the 37/1
polling station of Goris at around 08.20 am. The president of the commission
Siranuysh Aklunts made them leave the polling station asking not to cause
gatherings.

According to her 1500 voters are registered in 37/1 polling
stations. Another 300 servicemen will vote by an additional list and only by
proportional system.

The polling station opened at 08.30 am. According to the president
of the commission 55 servicemen and 21 citizens voted by 08.50 am.

Tatevik Mkrtchyan, the proxy of “Prosperous Armenia”, party declared
that that no violations has been recorded up to this moment.

According to election observer Julieta Khachatryan, a member
of “Himnakar” NGO,  the elections are
held in a normal way at this moment.

“Noyan Tapan” reporter is in Goris from eight o’clock in the
morning where all 9 polling stations are open. The general number of the voters
of 9 polling stations is 15.919.
