The
Chairman of the precinct electoral commission 37/03 of Goris Garik Mirzatunyan
informed that three electoral violations were made at around 09:40 am. In two
of these cases the voter entered the polling booth and wanted to help another
voter without proper registration for permission for doing that.  

The
other violation was made by observer Garnik Melkonyan. Melkonyan received
permission by the commission to help the citizen but entered the polling booth
with a photo camera.

Narek
Harutyunyan, proxy, claims that the Chairman of the commission saw the observer
entering the polling booth with a photo camera but recorded the fact only two
minutes after, when the observer assisted the voter and came out of the polling
booth.
