On September 18, 2010, the RA Minister of Justice G. Danielyan received an Ad hoc  Report, where it was  stated that the members of the Group of Public Observers Mikael Aramyan and Arman Danielyan visited «Kosh» Penitentiary institution on September 17, 2010 around 21.45, however when trying to enter the building, they were prevented by the staff of the institution. On October 11, 2010 the answer of the Ad hoc Report was received.
