Armenia’s leading independent television station that was controversially pulled
off the air three years ago faced a complete halt of its activities on Wednesday
as it was forced to begin vacating its government-owned premises in Yerevan.

Council Of Europe Approves Armenian Constitutional Changes

Legal experts from the Council of Europe announced on Friday their crucial
approval of a raft of constitutional amendments proposed by the Armenian
authorities and urged the opposition to strive for their passage at a referendum
expected this November.
