At
10:05 the Civil Society Institute election observer informed that 17 route
taxis (route numbers 39, 71, 48) are grouped on the Hrachya Qochar street, near
the administrative center of Arabkir district for about a half an hour. The
administrative center is situated near the precinct station 04/10.
