There are still two families living in the ruins of the Buzand 15 house. They refuse to sign the agreement offered by “Vizcon” LTD. That, however, does not mean that the rest of the residents have signed it and live peacefully in their “new” houses. “They offer us a house without the right of property. To sign that paper means to sign your death verdict”, resident of Buzand 19 Susanna Pogosyan thinks.

December 26 the last act of eviction of the last year took place in Buzand street. Several more families left their houses by force without any agreement and compensation. «They still fight for justice», Susanna Pogosyan tells about her ex-neighbors.

December 26 her family too was to become the victim of the court officers if, according to her, it weren't «for the telegram to Bella Kocharyan». Susanna tells, «We were to be evicted when several people came from the President's administration and prevented the eviction. So, we won another month. How long will I be able to rent a house? When will they give my money? These are all false organizations».

By the way, Susanna's husband had just gone to the President's Residence to find a solution for the problem. «We expect the court officers every moment», the last mohican of the Buzand street says.
