Today National Assembly launched its special session. Only one question was included in the agenda; proposal of the RA President to adopt an amnesty. The proposal was adopted with 98 votes in favor, 1 against and 3 abstentions. 104 deputies participated in the session. NA President offered to hold the session without breaks, until the question is discussed.
