On March 23, the RA Administrative Court Judge Arstruni Mirzoyan, applying accelerated court proceedings, considered the claim of the Ecodar environmental non-governmental organization against exploitation of the Teghut mine. The judge, without hearing the sides, announced the date of the court decision: March 24.

Hayk Aloumyan, the lawyer of the applicant, called it absurd because the accelerated court proceedings is used when there is no need to investigate circumstances of the case, as it is obviously well-justified or baseless, so it is possible to come to conclusion without listening to the sides.
