RA Administrative Court of Appeals decided to entirely annul the verdict adopted last November by the Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative communities' court of general jurisdiction against "Ogostos Agency" LTD, the former publisher of "Chorrord Ishkhanutyun" ("Fourth Power") daily, by which "Ogostos Agency" LTD had to pay "Gind" Printing House 2.673 million drams.

"Ogostos" had appealed the verdict at the Administrative Court of Appeals. By yesterday's decision the case has been sent back for hearing to Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative communities' court of general jurisdiction.   

The financial argument between the printing house and the daily started after "Gind" Printing House raised the printing tariff by 5 drams without agreeing the matter with "Chorrord Ishkhanutyun".

"Gind" intends to appeal the verdict at the Court of Cassation.
