Civil Society Institute, Free Forum for Civil Initiatives and the Armenian Committee of the Helsinki Citizens’s Assembly non governmental organizations joint the efforts to establish a Legal initiative: Elections 2008. The purpose of this initiative is to provide citizens with free legal advice and protection.
On October 23rd in the Camera Music Hall opened the second photo-exhibition, called "Everyday miracles, or the common things in the eyes of kids-2", at which there were presented 70 photos. It presents the best works by students from the communities of Dilijan, Haghartsin, Martuni, Artsvanist, Vardenis, Akunk.
Today on October 12 the journalist of Aravot Daily Ruzan Minasyan was subjected to the violent attack in the office of the newspaper. A group of people entered her working room and started to bit her and scream swear-words in her address.
