The cost of status quo of Nagorno Karabakh conflict and the dividends of peace

On November 18th 2008, Samvel Manukyan, a researcher, presented the review of his survey in the office of Civil Society Institute. The title of his survey was "The Cost of Status Quo of Nagorno Karabakh Conflict and the Dividends of Peace". The survey had been done with some experts, political scientists with different ideologies, and with frontier inhabitants of Armenia.

A touch of Italy...

On the 14th of November in CSI an Italian evening took place. Fist of all we had the chance to taste some Italian food like polenta (a dish based on corn-flour), pasta ai quattro formaggi e noci (pasta with a sauce of different cheeses and walnuts), parmigiana (a dish prepared with eggplants, tomato sauce and cheese) and pandoro (a tipical Christmas-cake).

The role of women in the resolution of the conflict on Nagorno Krabakh issue

On November 6, 2008, a discussion over the resolution of the conflict on Nagorno Karabakh issue was held in the Civil Society Institute. The members of the Women’s Resource Center from Yerevan and Shoushi participated in the discussion, along with other members of public organizations and students.
