On April 12 another opening ceremony was organized of the “Life in the Frontline” photo exhibition at House of Culture after Jirair Ananyan in Berd, Tavush region. Photos from following communities were presented at the exhibition: Chinari, Movses, Aygepar, Nerqin Karmiraghbyur, Paravaqar, Vazashen, Baghanis, Voskevan and Koti. The photos show the everyday life and features of the borderline communities by a professional photographer and children living there.
The young authors of the photographs also took part in the event. They also had a chance to visit the Museum of History and Lifestyle of Berd.
On December 23 2016 the official opening ceremony of the exhibition was held at the Artists’ Union of Armenia in Yerevan . Civil Society Institute NGO and PAN Photo agency had organized a photography training course for the children from nine borderline villages of Tavush region of Armenia before the exhibition within the framework of the project. Then the young trainees tried to tell about the everyday life, features, beloved places and spirit of their villages through photos.
